Yes, you will need to register separately for Eco-Ag University. Your exhibitor badge is your ticket for the general conference sessions and trade show, not included is the Eco-Ag University workshops. You may upgrade your badge to include the Eco-Ag U advanced learning workshops. Pre-registration is required and these tend to sell out, so please upgrade early. The tradeshow opens at 3pm on Wednesday, December 2nd with set up being 9am-3pm the same day. The trade show will close after the final break on Friday, December 4th just before the final session begins.
Yes, we are always welcome to volunteers, but there will be a set schedule and list of tasks. If you’re interested in volunteering, email [email protected].
Yes, we will have our Acres USA full bookstore available within the trade show floor again this year. It will be expanded this year with more books and speaker books and recommendations as well. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Yes, there will be food available from the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also many restaurants within walking distance of the conference center.
Of course! All children under the age of 14 are free and welcome to come along. We will not have on-site child care available, but we do have a children's room that will serve as a space for children to hang out and have fun. It is not our responsibility to look after the children, so they will need to be supervised. All children over the age of 14 are encouraged to register as a student ticket.
Yes, you can either transfer to another person, or you can carry it over to next year if needed. Contact [email protected] with any transfer requests or call the office at 970-392-4464.

What if I have to cancel?
We do not offer refunds. However, your registration can be transferred to someone else’s name if you cannot attend.
For Eco-Ag U all-day workshops: Due to limited space, cancellations received through November 1st, 2026 are entitled to an 80% credit to be applied to Acres USA subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs, or future conference fees.
Can I transfer my registration if I can’t make it?
